In our seven year tenure, we admit that while the first four years were exciting and challenging, we didn't cut a profit. Only recently have signs of our perseverance begin to surface. We're proud to say that finally, our original vision for a true client oriented web hosting company is being realized. It is because of our rough beginnings do we truly feel we're capable of delivering what we promise. Thanks to past experiences, we're fully confident in our abilities to host you in an efficient, if not superior environment.

2 - We're not dinosaurs.


...although we think T Rex's kick butt. Actually, what we mean is that our team is comprised of young and ambitious creative professionals who are passionate about the web. You don't have to worry about Brius lagging behind in the ever changing environment that is the web. We know what's new, what's hot, and what's now.

3 - Smooth as a baby's butt.


Don't worry, we don't charge extra for baby powder. We want to make sure that our clients are taken care of - especially from the first second they consider signing up with us. That's why our client interface is simple and intuitive, and our check out process is quick and streamlined. We know you want to get started conquering the web as soon as possible, and we don't want to hold you back from that.

4 - Trust us. We keep our promises.


Nope - no fingers crossed here, or fine print to discover. We make every effort to keep our promises - but because of the nature of our business, there are times when unforseen circumstances which are completely out of our control - strike. But we realize it's also out of our client's control. So if we ever fail to live up to our promises or expectations, we'll be sure to take the necessary actions to make sure we earn, and keep, your satisfaction and trust.

Realizing that there's more to this world than just pixels, we've decided to donate 5% of our gross margin per month to various charities around the world - a number we're constantly aspiring to increase. In case of World Disasters, we hold immediate charity blitzes where we not only raise awareness, but we donate a significantly larger percentage of our profits directly to the cause.

8 - First man in, last man out.


Because of our small tactical team approach to problem solving and effective client management, every Brius Team Member knows everything about our clients, and our business. There aren't any exclusive departments dedicated to certain things. Everyone is hands on - in every aspect. Including the Founders, Dave and Bryan, who have, and always will be the first one to check every message, comment, complaint, or order - no matter how critical or unimportant the issue.

9 - Sometimes we lose our minds...


...and go crazy with our sales and promotions. But we will never lose your data. We understand that accidents will happen and when they do, we'll have taken the proper precautions. At Brius, we back up our data on a dailiy basis to make sure you have your stuff safe and secure when you need it the most.
